Los BAFTA 2018 fueron celebrados recientemente y al parecer Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri fue la gran ganadora, llevándose el premio de Mejor película, película británica sobresaliente y guión original.

Además, Frances McDormand y Sam Rockwell ganaron los premios a Mejor actriz y Actor de reparto, respectivamente, por sus papeles en la película. The Shape of Water logró el segundo puesto con un total de tres premios, incluyendo el de mejor director a Guillermo del Toro, además de premios para diseño de producción y música original. Blade Runner 2049 por su parte ganó los premios de cinematografía y efectos especiales, Coco ganó el premio de Película animada y Dunkirk recibió el premio de Sonido.
